Kelli Berry is one of the principals of Iconic Architecture and Design. Kelli studied interior design at The University for Women in Columbus Mississippi graduating in 1976. She launched her career in sales and design in the home builder market and honed her skills for approximately ten years before moving into the commercial design and sub-contracting field.

Having spent the past twenty years focused in the subcontracting and design business in the healthcare market working with administrators, physicians and facility mangers in hospitals, she understands the challenges of the different departments working with one another, budgets, schedules, and the sensitivity of the demographics.

Given her thirty year experience as an interior sub contractor, she understands the logical and technical application of finishes resulting in maximum performance, appropriate budget allocation and implementation of designed maintenance.

She became ASHE (American Society of Hospital Engineers) Certified in 2009 and is a member of ASHE, CASHE, Arizona Women Networking founding member, ALFA, AHCA. She also works with several charities on a continuing basis. She is committed to mentoring young women, by teaching them to find their voice and lifting them to success in the ways of ethical business.
