CLIENT PORTAL | We are happy to announce a customer-focused feature added to our website. The new client portal will allow our clients to access information about their projects on line, from anywhere, at any time. That is what we call “instant gratification”! Step by step. Brick by brick. Project by project we thrive to offer our clients what they deserve: respect, competency and cost-valued solutions.

We had the opportunity this last November to contribute to one of Casa Brazil’s project. Iconic Architecture and Design provided architectural services for this two bedroom residence that will serve as a country school for disadvantaged kids in Brazil. These children will have different types of classes, including nursery classes, and will have the chance to have at least one meal a day.
Brazil is emerging and from a developing country, it has been considered the sixth largest economy in the world, an event with no precent in history. Yet poverty, lack of infra-structure and other social stigmas still percolate in all levels. We are proud to partner with Casa Brazil to make this scenario better.

A promising and refreshing year is on Iconic Architecture and Design’s horizons. We have accomplished so many things this last year and now it is the time to collect the laurels. Karen Shakman, principal, has received her Master’s Degree of Science with a concentration in Healthcare and Healing Environments , she has gotten an American Institute of Architects Award, a consultancy relationship with Orcutt Winslow Partnership and so many other accomplishments. Many thanks to all the supporters of such challenging but rewarding journey. So now it is time to update our website and that’s what we are doing at this moment, at the eclectic Lux Cafe with Carlin Skinner (the web wizard). Here is to this new year to come. Here is to good architecture. Here is to awesome design.
